About the Australian Open

The Australian Open is the Grand Slam of the Asia Pacific, featuring the best tennis players from around the world.  The event attracts hundreds of thousands of tennis fans to Melbourne, with many choosing to make onward trips to other parts of Australia as part of their holiday.

The 2015 Australian Open will start on 19 January 2015 with the final match on 1 February 2015.  In 2014, Spanish player Rafael Nadal won the Men’s Single and Chinese player Li Na won on Rod Laver Arena.

Visa and Entry requirements
